I ordered a laptop on March 25 but FedEx didn't receive product until April 2 it is now April 6 ... the day it was to be delivered but ofcourse its late but FedEx still would have delivered 4 5 days. You can't call Nettradez unless you want voicemail 24/7 This Vendor should be dropped by Walmart
I wish I could give negative 100 stars. Do NOT purchase from them. Single mom trying to get something nice for me and my children. I received an email stating that my item shipped on Sept2. A few days later I contacted Walmart because it said that it was still at the warehouse or this company. I also emailed the company they told me that it will ship out when it becomes available but the website said they had 4 so why did I have to wait until it became available. Then I never received a email back. Received the package today which it was well packaged no defects on the box get it all out I have everything on camera me opening it. The whole monitor screen is cracked. They tell me it’s fedex fault when there is absolutely no defects to the box. They sent this with a cracked screen and now want to blame FedEx so they can scam and get money. This is sad that we live in a world of people who do this. Walmart should stop allowing them to sell on their website ASAP!!!!!!!

Purchased an open box laptop. Battery failed in 6 mos. Looked at date on battery. Dated 2014. A six year old battery should have been replaced at QA stage. Response:Nettradez.... "We only provide 60 days of warranty based on bestbuy and our warranty on refurbished products.This is 10 month old and customer would have to replace the battery on their own. We don't record battery date etc as for refurbished we make sure there are no battery life issues and battery is charging 100% which it was when shipped. Thanks." Nettradez then followed up after initial email and promises replacement.
BOUGHT 2 LAPTOP FROM WALL MART WEBSITE I DID NOT KNOW ITS A THIRD PARTY SELLER I TRUST ON WALL MART DID NOT PAY ATTENTION ABOUT OTHER THING .WHEN I GET STUFF ITS VERY OLD LAPTOP COMPLETLEY USED STUFF ALSO TOUCH PAD DONT WORK NOW I AM CALLING EVERY DAY TO WALL MART EVERY TIME LONG HOLD AND JUST FAKE PROMISS TO GET IN TOUCH WITH COMPANY THEY ARE NOT RESOLVING ISSUE I DONT KNOW WHERE TO GET HELP THEY TOOK AROUND 700 FROM MY VISA ,HOW I GET BACK MY MONEY.WALL MART NOT HELPING THEY SHOULD B RESPONSBL FOR THAT COZ SOME 1 USING THERE NAME AND PPL TRUST ON WALL MART
