For a group of people that SERVE the public the staff here are not the friendliest. I have yet to EVER have someone answer my phone call, I always get a call back days later. The staff acts as if they have no time to answer a question so they quickly dismiss you. I understand that working in a public facing position is challenging, especially during COVID, but treating people with little grace should never be...the people who need help from the system (and subsequently the staff) have feelings and dignity as well. The feeling that I got from walking through their doors was that I was just another woman with her two children who needed help...and that feeling sucks. People should be very careful of how they treat others because you never when you will be in a position of needing grace and help. I will say the security staff was very friendly and helpful.

Working staff is not friendly and helpful. They are not responding to people needs.
We met with wonderful worker who was extremely friendly and helped my son way beyond what we expected.
Why no body ever answers the phone??
I went inside the office and asked three representatives a simple question. None of them could help me in any way they all told me to sit down. I called their number to get an appointment, but when the automated system told me that there is 159 callers in front of me, I closed that phone. Customer service is horrible
Everyone at this location is fine, I get it, the day is hard, but I want to mainly call out the security guards... They have time to stand around and chat with each other and people at the desk, and then move people around who are not doing anything wrong, for no reason. They take a stroll of victory for a sewed on patch and an hourly government job. Come on guys! Everyone here already doesn't want to be here, you don't make it any more comfortable my doing a bad job and then flaunting your "authority" to everyone. In the end, you get what you want, but you look really foolish while doing it while annoying and creating more unnecessary attention and chaos. I hope someone in management sees this... but sadly, it wont even matter.
If I could give a ZERO to this place then I would! This place will make you feel humiliated, embarrassed and feeling so miserable ! Very unprofessional staff btw . I am an American citizen and had to take a day off to come to this place and feel so angry at the lowest level of service I am receiving! First of all the staff there are so rude when you trying to ask a question if it’s like you committed a crime, and they look like if they hate there job so bad . Second of all they never pick up the phone at all , even I was on hold for a complete time of five hours and was cut off twice. Not one of the staff will pick up the phone and answer for the longest time! Third of all, the place is very unhealthy! People there waiting half of them are so sick with cold and flu, coughing and sneezing with there children for probably a full shift from opening to close to be helped . For god sake provide a stand with a sanitizer and face mask upon entry, and instruct people what to do , instead of having a security standing and not doing nothing and look so board . This is insane!!! The system they use to provide help service the public is so old and dated, and they could do better to provide a better excellent service to public and no one will feel mistreated in any way! Horrible horrible horrible and I do not wish this treatment to anyone...
