DO NOT USE this place!!!! We had to push the closing of our house 3 times due to this company not fixing the pool. The lady who does the scheduling is never available, they never call you back and won't tell you when they're coming out. They were paid in May and my pool is still not fixed. When they do show up, they don't clean after themselves, monster drinks, cigarette buds, trash from the materials they used. They started blocking my realtors calls because she would call for updates. Absolutely terrible service!!! UPDATE: My name isn't on the account, it's under the previous home owners name. We have attempted to call multiple times since this post and no response. Do not worry, we no longer require your assistance, we have hired a different pool company to fix the problem.

Called to see if they carried filters for my hot tub, snotty woman said we only sell filters for the tubs we sell. Well snotty woman cost you all the chemicals I normally buy there. I can buy those anywhere!!!

I don’t normally write reviews for places. But after two weeks of frustration with our above ground pool we walked into this store and everyone was friendly (I’m sorry i can’t remember her name) but she went above and beyond to help. She not only gave us the how to to kick the green but i went back in for something to clarify the pool and she was professional and nice and i can’t thank her enough for her help. You’re amazing!!!! Our pool Is normal and you have our loyalty for future pool stuff purchases !!!!!!!
