I wish I could put negative stars. Sprint has been the all time worst experience I have ever had with a company and I could not be happier to have switched to at&t after they put my bank account through the ringer. When I got my account the sales associate that helped me got me on by going over every aspect of my bill which came out to be a bit over 100 a month but when I got my bill it ended up being over 250 a month. And when my contract was up I started canceling lines so I just had one left with no added charges for 60 a month till I canceled it. But after I was ready to cancel it I looked and my bill was over 360 after maybe 1.5 months. I would never in my life recommend sprint or t-mobile to anyone and I would urge them to stay away
