First time at this location, went through the drive thru. First time ever disappointed with my sub. It was the worst. I selected mayo, green peppers, pickles, lettuce. None were on there. Look at the receipt. Ridiculous. One more thing I will not be doing in rolla again.
They have a drive through! It's amazing and makes the entire process even faster!
Every time I go to this particular subway I have problems. I dont appreciate attitudes this is at the absolute TOP of my list. I dont appreciate hearing managers yell at staff about scheduling, it is not their fault, all while thinking somebody isnt there and getting pretty quiet when they figure out somebody is in the lobby. I dont appreciate the “well I told the other store to not do that either” when I inquired when a policy had changed because just the day prior I had gotten something and was sincerely confused. I’ve met nicer staff at Taco Bell and McDonald’s. I also have none of these issues at any other locations but this one, the other location was friendly but I assume because the manager causing the issues is not at that location at the time. I kept quite on it but decided after I will no longer go to this location to explain why. These issues have been going on for 8 plus months.
Honestly disappointed in the way I was treated due to me just getting off of work and being told “just to let you know we close at 10” and on top of that items were left of of my fiancé’s sandwich, her breaded crunched like croutons and then my wrap was so hard you could tell it had been opened for hours. I’m a server and I understand the frustration when someone walks in a few minutes before close and I have never reminded them of the time we close. Very unprofessional and the food was even more disappointing than the service.
