Decent for its price range. I would stay again. Parking right outside my room. Large room. Small bathroom. Bare minimum on towels. Plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Basically clean but the lower bathroom door and tub baseboard could have used extra scrubbing. Linen on the second night had stains and I had to pick off a small tangle of hair. I dropped the TV remote and the back fell off and spun under the bed. The cleaning staff didn't put it back on so I assume they don't sweep under the bed after every customer though the floor looked very clean. No carpet, which I liked. (I did let the desk know about the remote.) Don't rely on a wakeup call being on time. Friendly and accommodating staff.

We stayed here on 2 occasions because it was close to our family activities and cheap. The rooms were generally clean except the stained bedding both times (we thought we'd give it a second chance and maybe the first one was an anomaly). The beds were surprisingly comfortable given the sparse rooms and overall hotel condition. With convenient highway access and affordable rooms, you'll be happy as long as you're ok with the "no tell motel" atmosphere.
This is my FAVORITE place to stay in Rolla! We travel a lot for business & I look forward to having to stay over night here. This seems to be Mom & Pop owned & they are very sweet & welcoming no matter what hour we check in. The rooms are immaculate & the beds are very comfortable! Lastly, you can't beat the price!
This little Motel is the cleanest Motel/Hotel I’ve stayed at! Absolutely loved the beautiful hard wood laminate flooring and comfy bed..The owner works the front desk and is up beat even when woke up at 2AM for a new check in.This is a Mom and Pop place you will enjoy staying at!! THANK YOU FOR HAVING A NICE QUIET CLEAN PLACE!!
Good price, nice people, clean comfortable room, convenient parking. They have my business for the future.
You get what you pay for. Very clean, somewhat updated. Thin walls so quite a bit of outside noise. Decent for the price! Recommended if your looking to save a couple bucks.
I would have given this a negative star review but can't. The room was very dirty, the pillows had some kind of short dark hair, used kleenexes on the night stand.
