The employees try to do as little work as possible. I had noticed this for quite a while. On my most recent visit, I was browsing around by a closed 'employees only' door and I could hear the manager speaking to her employees about how they were really getting out of hand by playing games on their cell phones when they were supposed to be working.
After calling several Radio Shacks around the St. Louis are, I finally got the help I needed from the Rolla store. Thank you Rolla store. My son will get the phone he wants for Christmas.
Staff is polite and knowledgeable, store has a decent selection of hobby electronics (resistors, capacitors, switches, etc) great if you need that stuff right away.
Wasn't stocked very well. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
