Chuck Ruggeri, the owner of One Man & A Tool Box, is honest and the best construction & maintenance company we have used in the last 38 years of business. We have hired Chuck's company for more than one year now for work at a local apartment complex we own. WE ONLY WISH WE HAD KNOWN HIM FOR THE LAST 38 YEARS. OUR WORK LIFE WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. Chuck can build a house or fix the smallest carpentry, plumbing or electrical problem. The array of large and small maintenance problems that can occur with apartment rentals is varied and, of course, on-going as renters are harder on property than owners. Chuck is a tireless professional who will check a clogged pipe early in the morning to late at night. CHUCK IS AN EXPERT WITH PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL, CARPENTRY, PAINTING, APPLIANCES, POOL PUMPS, CONCRETE WORK/RETAINING WALLS, SIDING, ROOFS, FLOORING, BEAUTIFUL TILE INSTALLATION. Chuck is a retired MST professor, who began his company many years ago. He is SMART, HONEST, KIND, HAS INTEGRITY, WILL FIX IT RIGHT, & is far more than \one man & a tool box\ with his professional crew of 20 men. My husband & I make a joke that we pray for Chuck's well-being & health each day--but it really is not a joke. CHUCK HAS MADE OUR MAINTENANCE EASY TO HANDLE AT THE APARTMENT COMPLEX. HE COMES WITH THE HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION.
Chuck did some works for us, some are good in price and quality at the beginning, some are not as good, e.g. sometime didn't fully finish the last 10-5% of his work for months. Occasionally hard to reach by phone.
You are very caring and without any doubt know how to repair all the problems with any home ! The pressure regulator is no longer leaking. Our bathroom floor no longer has mold and looks great ! Thank you !
