I would recommend if you have the choice to choose where you take a UA skip this place. When the previous girl Kersten ran the front desk you were always greeted respectfully, cheerfully, and most importantly your paperwork was done correctly. The new desk attendant is not only rude, but incompetent at best. Seek services somewhere else, unless you want results filed incorrectly that can hurt your court case. Maybe if she learned to do her job instead of playing with arts and crafts at her desk, and looked up what a smile and professionalism looked like you’d have a good start. You messed up, you should own that. I truly hope the owner reads this, and takes the time to find new help. People trust your business for accuracy. In your line of work a simple typo can be someone’s life changed.
