Service was great, however I did not like the fact that u mandate mask otherwise can't shop there, plus you charge people to buy a mask to shop, EVERY single place I visited in the last year, gave there customers a free one to wear , I guess you have to charge customers because you have a empty parking lot ( guess u got to make money some how), I figured you need the money more than I do, so I did not take the change from 1...........(PURE GREED) ON your part, I am new to the area, I will ship elsewhere, I WONT SHOP THERE AGAIN!!!

Delivering freight is a pleasure for my husband. While he is taking care of business I go into the store to shop. The employees are always pleasant and helpful. Their selections of items is varied and their food stuffs are on a limited scale.
If you like to be charged 42 cents to purchase a mask because you have to wear one then sure, this is the store for you. A rude customer service lady told me I had to wear one or if I didn’t have one I’d have to pay 42 cents to purchase one of theirs. Lowe’s doesn’t make you do this! Ridiculous and a complete rip off.
Other than the mask ordinance, employees are typically friendly and helpful. Someone always greets you as you walk in the door, and each department is staffed with people that are knowledgeable in that area. They usually offer great advise or suggestions on ways to solve your issues. Unlike some other \box\ stores, they never seem irritated to stop what they are doing to help their customets.
I'm so thankful they built one here. The other big box store here always messed my orders up or had poor quality and terrible terrible customer service. With Menards great service, products and prices I don't go anywhere else for my home improvement needs.
