I was there visiting friends not looking to move there. But it appeared clean and well maintained. I didn't see any trashy trailers or vehicles or best of all didn't see any trashy people. Can't say positively there wasn't any though.

I love living here. Its clean and quiet and very well taken care of. It was the best choice of where to live. My husband and I love it.
I lived here for two years. It's a quiet community and all my neighbors were all pretty nice. When I went to move out I couldn't get ahold of the landlord about getting my deposit back though. I called and texted him multiple times, but I never getting a response. He just kept my 535 and never said a word.
Quiet mobile home community. Very peaceful and friendly, half a mile from little prairie lake. Great landlord as long as you make sure your rent is paid. He does not accept late rent and will not work with you. If you pay rent on time he will take care of anything that needs fixed anytime.
Smells horrible during the summer. Quiet community though
