Very disappointed in the customer relations provided by the staff of this \business\ i was treated like an inconvience by the cashier who was scanning in my items. I informed her that 2 of my items (a suit jacket and trousers) had rang up incorrectly resulting in the total being 70 higher than the price advertised on their display. I pointed this out and was asked if i would mind paying the higher price so they did not have to have someone locate the item to verify the sale price. I was also told that they do not care if i shop there or not, they do not need my business. I have worked both food service and retail and i know the customer is not always right, but if you want to actively drive customers away, just dont open and save yourself the labor cost. In the off chance a member of management actually reads this feel free to contact me if you wish to discuss this matter.

Polite staff but that is about all I can say that was positive about our experience. Went in with a return because I received the wrong item online. Then was sent on a wild goose chase to find the correct item only to find out that they do not have it at all and that the upc code on the item was incorrect and that I was basically never going to receive the correct item. The card reader malfunctioned mid process on the 1 item that we did purchase then we spent the next 10 minutes waiting to find out if we were double charged. After this was sorted out we had to wait yet again for our receipt and Kohl's cash to be printed, multiple cash registers were used for this process. This was by far one of the most ridiculous and frustrating shopping experiences I've ever had.

They will take returns from Amazon! If you start a refund in the app, it will tell you if it's eligible for return at Kohl's. You go in, they scan the QR code for you, and take your return. No cost to send it back! I love it!

The displays are not set up to be very user friendly for someone in a wheelchair. However, the sales associate was super friendly and patience with me to show me everything that I wanted to see. Thanks

Store is nice and well staffed and stocked staff was friendly quick to greet me upon entry and I was asked if I needed any help several times by different associates
