Great and timely service! We are traveling back to Ohio from visiting family a few hours out from here, blew a tire on our camper and called this wonderful company. They got us back on the road within 20 minutes. The service writer even stepped up to get the tire done so we could get back on the road. Very kind staff and GREAT prices! I highly recommend!

They took care of me in a pinch when traveling, which I appreciate but are pretty irresponsible. No masking, lots of smoking. They cited that they can't enforce mask mandates because of HIPPA which is a lie and then proceeded to smoke and made my eyes water the whole time. Anyways, I'm off to a funeral for someone who died of covid. I've already had covid despite my best efforts so I don't have to be concerned with spreading coronavirus. I had told them I was off to a funeral for someone who dies of covid and no sympathy. We will see if the work holds up, but I hope to never use this place again.

While on the way home from vacation, our Camper Trailer experienced a double blow out. We called Johns Firestone as we trotted into town and they had just what we needed. When we got there the staff was so professional and got us right in. They were quick to change our tires and even checked out our other tires to make sure we could get home safely. We appreciate the fast and efficient service.
