I stopped in to ask question about Branson 4020 issue with no acceleration after I put the bucket or blade down; the guy said I don't know much about them; I had the manual with me and I explained that I had it in gear and the brake was not on. His answer was can't tell you anything unless I see it; BUT he said why don't you trade it in on a John Deere?! I said do you think it could be the fuel filter? I have asked around and most people said it could be that? I definitely wasn't impressed with customer service here!!! WOULD NOT Recommend this place..
