Alex. One of the Technicians with Hartly Heating and Air. Was a great guy. Knowledgeable. Clean cut. And all around nice guy. Went from 55 degrees to having heat again. And during these -3 temperatures you definitely need heat!! Thank you Alex.. Sorry they don't have more stars to give ya. And congratulations!

We had Hartley's do 2 projects for us: Replaced our 25 year old HVAC with a modern heat pump system. We had a more complicated system as there was a non-operational wood burner in the original system. They finished the core system in one day, and came the next to finish all the final details the next day. It is running great this winter and MUCH more efficient (100/mo cheaper than last year, similar weather) Hartley's also did an additional construction project. We replaced our wood burning furnace and fireplace with a modern unit. They also re-did the damaged flue, expanded the stonework and hearth, and added a mantle. We are very happy on how it turned out. It was a lot of work and dust! Overall, I would highly recommend working with Hartley's. Jon is a personable guy, and stands behind his name and business. As we are new to the area, we don't really \know someone who knows someone\ so I appreciated Jon's ability to line up contractors to get the work done in a timely manner.
Alex was very professional and knowledgeable. We took the time to explain to me what was needed to repair my gas fireplace. I’ve used Hartley’s in the past and I am always pleased with their services. I highly recommend them!
Purchased a 6 ton GEO COMFORT HVAC system from Hartley Climate Control, a 3 ton conventional heat pump and a 5 ton zoned conventional heat pump unit for a spec house. Excellent service and install and response to calls and questions. Also installed gas log fireplace at spec house and personal residence. Yes, I’m a super user! Yes, I have them on speed dial. They are the only company I call. They also provide 24/7 service for my rentals and that’s super important. They’ve been my ‘go to’ for the past 10 years. I’d say this is reference enough for you to call them, get a quote and use them. What are you waiting for?
My A/C died on Saturday morning. I called and left a message. I was almost immediately called back by one of their SUPERB technicians. Alex was at my house in the middle of the woods very quickly. At 25 years old it was easy to see that he possesses the knowledge of an HVAC veteran twice his age! He quickly diagnosed the problem and did everything he could to ensure my central AC system was up and running as quickly as possible! I would recommend this fine business with EXEMPLARY service and VERY REASONABLE rates to ABSOLUTELY ANYONE!!!
