I returned my truck and was charged almost 100 for what they claimed was a missing dolly and half of the 12 blankets I rented. Despite telling Tammy that I had photos of the drop off showing the dolly and blankets all in the truck and on their lot she asked me to check my garage. I asked her to check CCTV of the lot since I had a time stamp of my pictures. She said she did but that she didn't see anything. She has refused to give me a refund. I have spoken to UHaul Corporate and they say they can't give me a refund until she closes out the order. She refuses to do that whoch leaves me stuck with a charge for missing equipment that was not missing. Very unhappy with that location. Update 12/10: Then I repeat that if there are cameras I ask again that you review them. I have multiple pictures of the truck on your lot along with pictures showing all the items accounted for in the back on the truck on YOUR LOT. Start at that time and run videos where you see me taking said pictures. Continue running video until you see what happened with the items. Maybe you checked the wrong 26' truck. There was one that parked next to the mailboxes Saturday and then Sunday afternoon I parked to the right of that truck. Sunday night Lisa said she moved my truck and parked it on the hill. Something happened to the dolly and blankets while on your property. I would be more than happy to come over Monday when you work and look at the videos with you and show you my photos. All the items were on the truck.

Best storage company EVER. Prices are great, security is great, it's super clean, AND the lady working there was as kind as a person could be. Very kind. Customer service goes a long way. I'll never forget it

Great storage place. Units are clean, dry, and well kept. The folks that run the place live on site so I feel like my stuff is really secure here. The prices are also at the upper range for Rolla but you do get what you pay for. They have 24 hour access and they offer climate controlled units. The cc units are in an air conditioned hall with lights. The temp never really got below 50 this winter but it did fluctuate a bit. No power access in the units.
Went with my daughter to get her and her husbands things after there storage unit got broke into and the woman who owns the place was very hateful. I hope who ever is thinking about doing business here rethinks their decision.
Tammy was a great help and made sure that i got the best equipment from UHAUL for my long move. Unfortunately, in my case there was a faulty equipment which had to switched out at the last moment but TAMMY made sure a better equipment before my move. Thank you Tammy for your wonderful and professional assistance!
Clean and dry facility. I had no issues with insects, moisture, or rodents. Worth the money. Highly recommend!
