Can't say enough good things about Arnco, we've worked with them in business and had them do our residences. Pricing is fair, the work is impeccable.
My mother's a/c wasn't working, so she called Mike at Arnco. He was extremely nice and offered to come out to take a look at it, free of charge, in the pouring rain. He noticed that the unit was freezing up and initially thought there may be a freon leak. He said that he would have his technician come out the next day to repair it. His guy did come out the next day and checked the freon, said there was no leak. He then checked the unit inside and really didn't do much except for take our filter out, before leaving. He was here less than 20 minutes. I have to be honest and say at this point, we were very disappointed. However, my mom called Mike and explained to him that nothing was fixed and within the hour, he and his technician both came back and found the problem. Our coils were extremely dirty which was causing air flow to be blocked and the unit to freeze up. They fixed the problem and the a/c has been working like brand new since then. Initially, we were very upset with the outcome of this experience, but Mike really impressed us with his due diligence by personally coming back out with the technician and not leaving until he was sure the house would be comfortable over the extended holiday weekend. Mike is a great guy to deal with and after all was said and done, we are extremely pleased with Arnco Mechanical and will definitely call Mike again if we need his services.
