I was having issues with my refrigerator and it was last minute. It was Friday late afternoon when I initially called they were booked until Tuesday of next week. They said, "I would check to see if any of the technicians in the area got done early and could swing by.". They also told me to call around to other locations just in case they couldn't get anyone out. No other company could make it out on such short notice. Within 5-8 minutes they called me back to let me know that someone would be swinging by. I was extremely happy. Within a half hour they were here and working on figuring out what is going on. Found the problem with my horrific description of the sound it made when it kicked back on for the first time in over an our just before the technician got here. The technician was able to get it fixed pretty quickly and was very courteous while he was here. Price I felt was reasonable but I haven't had a lot of experience with having appliances fixed.

I am very happy with appliance doc fixing my landlords washing machine quick and he new what was wrong with it once he opened the whole top of the wash machine. It could be a mad house to not have a washer or dryer working in a home of 8, but, we have to hold it together and know we are not the only ones that are in our shoes today. If your dealing with a warranty issue, and don't have three way to here all three of you talking ( you, repair man,and the warranty company) then don't believe here say. Have the warranty email or have them fax what they are saying that the repair guy should do with the warranty to staples if you don't have a fax machine. So, you have a document to prove who is wrong. Always be thankful for what works.
These guys are TERRIBLE! Don’t use these guys! I’d give them a ZERO if I could! It all starts with lady answering the phones; rude, smart-allic, makes you feel like you’re wasting HER TIME calling them! Starts experience of working with their company off on the wrong foot! Never recovered! Had to keep calling them back to see when (and if) they were coming! I still don’t trust that they fixed our appliance correctly! We’ll never use these guys again. We will even check with new appliance purchases on who provides warranty service... if it’s APPLIANCE DOCS, we won’t buy it! Look elsewhere! Received great service from their competitor. Not only do they overcharge for their services but they way overcharge for their appliances. A lot of the times they do not answer the phone and when they do, they are rarely pleasant. Find someone else. Seriously.
the worst service ever took my money refused to return calls and refrigerator still broke. I will be turning them in to the better business bureau. 3 weeks still no refrigerator 4 phone calls and no return call. took my money and did not fix the problem. terrible customer service and thieves .
This people came and fix my dryer about 10 month ago— my dryer is started to have the same issue, I contacted them, and being that hasn’t even been a year surely the part is under some warranty; they say they will call me back and never heard from them again ; my husband have called several times and left numerous messages and no respond. I do not recommend them at all. they have neglected to return our calls, I guess they are waiting for the year to come around to then tell me the part is out warranty and I’ll have to pay again almost 300 for part and labor. So dissatisfy and disappointed
The appliance repair men who work for the owner of appliance docks are angels and i loved having them work on my appliances. They were kind, courteous, and most important of all they were fast. I was extremely happy with the fact that the workers at appliance docs were kind and easy to work with.
I had a positive experience from the secretary to the repairmen. They fit me in on a Friday and the repairmen took time to explain what my appliance issue was.
