Our family were supposed to be celebrating my wife's special birthday in Singapore, where she was born, but our planned holiday was cancelled. Instead, we decided to spend a few days in Cardiff while returning my daughter to Uni @ UofSW. I called ahead to Rolfe's The Florist from our home in Dorset and requested a boxed bouquet to \include orchids\ (national flower of Singapore) with delivery by 09:30 to our hotel in Cardiff Bay on the morning of her big day. Wow !!... Rolfe's bouquet was stunning.. not just including orchids but framed with palm leaves and using other flowers complementing the colours found in the orchids.. My wife loved her beautiful birthday arrangement, where a little bit of Singapore came to South Wales. Many many thanks to all at Rolfe's...
Excellent customer service, including dealing with my last minute change of delivery address. Lovely bouquet.
I cannot praise Kerry and Jamie highly enough! I have ordered several bouquets from them and they have always been to the highest standard and absolutely beautiful. My mum recently asked them to arrange some flowers for my daughter in London. This straight forward request did not go to plan, through no fault of theirs but they went over and above to resolve the matter for which I cannot thank them enough. They are all the only florist in Cardiff I would use. Many, many thanks.
