The Rolando breakfast burrito is beyond amazing. The red salsa is always on point and my wife loves the Crane Asada fries. They normally have traditional Menuedo on weekends and it is excellent. The value is amazing. One of our favorite spot. There is no dining in at the moment so call ahead your order and it will be ready quick. We have never had an issue in the 10 years we have been going to Rolando's.

They have very fresh, and juicy, ingredients. The best place to go for Mexican food in Phoenix, hands down. They also serve the hottest red hot sauce I've ever had and it's wonderful. Not many places have this level of quality.
We been coming here since they opened and the owner so nice and all the old employees before were the best Hands down! But now it seems things to be going down hill! I got two carneasda quesadilla and the amount of grease made us sick !! And my parents got two carnitas burrito and the chuck of meat like so huge and so tasteless ! It made my little brother throw up we tried to dry them off with a napkin and still a lot of grease!! I SURE HOPE THE OWNER READS THIS AND CHECKS HIS EMPLOYEES THE NEW COOKS DON'T DO THEIR JOB RIGHT AND THE CASHIER ALWAYS WITH AN ATTITUDE!! PLEASE BRING BACK HOW IT USED TO BE AND ALL THE OLD EMPLOYEES BACK!!
Rolando's food is fresh and delicious:) It's a favorite of ours. Whenever I can talk my husband into a long walk in the park it's because he gets to go to Rolando's afterwards. I love the beef tacos! I always get a #5 combo which is a beef taco and an enchilada rice and beans. There's no dining in or even outside seating, just take out. Nothing fancy, just real good food.
