这是个比较小的神社，非常小众的一个景点。吉野樱、重瓣晚开樱在参道两侧，花期长。六孙王神社离京都站不是很远，附近有梅小路公园和东寺，感兴趣的可以一起。现在应该不少人知道这个神社了，春天樱花季来这里真的很美。应该很多搞摄影，旅拍的摄影师都知道这个神社，尽管如此，这个神社游客还是挺少的。
京都市の有形文化財に指定されている神社で、大きくはありませんが、趣のある神社です。 神社の前を通るバスの本数が少なく、別のバス停から歩くと10分以上かかるため、若干行きにくい感じはあります。 御朱印もらいに伺ったとき、17時ちょっと過ぎたのですが、社務所を開けて待っていてくれました。そのやさしさに感謝！
