Weird Asian officer trying to insult my parents (Asian as well) because they don't speak English- didn't get explained on why they had the right to see our passports before check-in and customs. Had to go to the airport more than 2 hours in advance for Vueling airlines which does not allow online check-in for non-EU customers. Waited in line for 45 minutes. A very bad experience.

Un service qui donne envie de garder sa valise sur soi en permanence. Une attente interminable, sur trois agents un seul semblait savoir quoi faire. Je viens de vérifier le statut de mon dossier, le nom de famille ne correspond pas à celui donné à l'agent, de même que le modèle et la couleur de la valise. Il va falloir refaire une formation Michel parce que là ça va pas du tout.
