There is no place to lay down, the food is quite reduced ( I can understand this due to covid), and it is quite noisy. The front desk staff was super nice but the inside staff wasn't so friendly. If I'm not wrong, I just saw pictures online,there is another Air Fray lounge at this airport that is way newer and more spacious. I know everything is a bit weird these times but I expected a better experience.

It's bright and airy. There is a Starbucks for a morning kick. Nice chairs and couches.

I am Flying Blue member, travelling with Airfrance, pregnant and I couldn’t access it. Before the trip, I checked online and with the crew members that I could access it. I was shocked by how they treat someone who needs special needs. I do not recommend it. Last time flying with Airfrance.

Only Airport lounge at work located in terminal 2E in Aéroport de Paris-Charles de Gaulle. Only option during Covid-19 era with calm, clean with limited services & time. Healthy life is more important than any luxury.

I went to the Air France lounge at gate L which is quite spacious and spread out. There's various seating areas, from group seating to a quiet resting area with isolated lie down lounges where you can take a nap in peace. Although the food selection seems a little limited at first, it's still decent between the different food and snack stations, and there's also your typical drinks on offer including wines and a small selection of spirits. The lounge also offers a free Clarins 20 min facial during the daytime that you need to book ahead. There's plenty of USB and European plug power outlets around, a worktable where you can plug in your laptop, and even a couple of PS4s. It's a good place to either hang out with family and friends before a flight, or relax and recharge during a connection.

Modern place, massive showers, friendly staff. Food choices could be improved but I suppose in light of the pandemic, everything has to be re-evaluated to mitigate the economic fallout. All in all, very nice lounge.

Enjoyed this new lounge! The clever open concept rocks & outlets are plentiful. All the food was delicious but the lamb stew was the best we have ever eaten! All the staff were extremely attentive in keeping the lounge in tip top shape. Merci Beaucoup!
