The grounds were clean and well taken care of. The staff before our tour were also friendly. Our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. Had lots of information on the cave, the animals living there, and the formations. He even had good information on topics unrelated to the cave and knew information about other surrounding caves without giving much away about them. Was definitely worth the stop for the beautiful cave & surrounding area.

Definitely fun for the kiddos. Our tour guide was very informative. First thing I would suggest is, make sure you're ready for a hike!! Wear comfortable shoes. Also bring some sort of a sweater because the cave is really cool and damp inside. I would also recommend taking a couple bottles of water because that hill climb back is definitely a workout! I was really disappointed because all their signs said "Mine your own gems"... I didn't know it was bagged already for you. It's fun for the kids though so don't get me wrong. All in all it's a good place to visit.

Interesting cave, great guide, and we loved that they required masks inside the cave and other buildings.

We absolutely LOVED our tour of the cave! We had Lance as our tour guide and he made it so memorable and informative for us as a family. We had our one year old, five year old and seven year old. This was more then we expected!! I would highly recommend going out here for the tour. You learn a lot and the tour guides enjoy their jobs and you can tell! We will come back that’s for sure!! Have fun!! Great views!!

Super informative tour of the cave. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. The tour was very doable even for little kids - the tour goes maybe a half mile to the back of the cave. Some spaces are less than 6 feet tall, but nothing too short for an adult.

Amazing service, workers, tours, pictures and attractions! A really great gift shop aswell, if your into geodes, minerals and stuff that involves caves this is the place! We even got up close and personal with little bats! Not to mention the amazing fun house style attraction, Great place for the whole family!

We took this tour on a rainy day when the mountain biking trails were closed. So glad we did! The tour guide, Lance, exceeded our expectations with his care and knowledge of the geography, wildlife, and native peoples. Thank you Lance! We were lucky enough to even see some bats. We would definitely recommend to a family or adventurous/curious group of friends like us. The “lights out” experience was our favorite part :)
