Salesman Justin and Manager Sara really listened to me to understand what type of phone I was looking for. The clearly explained my options. This is my favorite T-Mobile Store around. The did not have my selection in stoke at the moment, but Justin had it sent to my house with two-day delivery. I brought it back in and Justin graciously assisted me in transferring all of my data to the new phone. He was kind enough to help me apply my screen protector, and told me to contact him if I had any other questions. #1 Service!

Wish I could give it a lower score. The worker that was in there yesterday was unpleasant and unprofessional. He didn't bother to help me on my issue. He was more focused on having me leave the store and having someone else deal with my issue. Thankfully, I went to the elk river store and they actually helped me on my issue.

So slow, took 2 hours to help 6 people. Only had 1 person working while the other was new and sat behind the desk playing on his phone. At least show him what you're doing so he can help in the future.

Ian ( I believe he is a store manager) helped a lot today. Best experience I ever had at Sprint stores. He was able to help us with replacing phone and SIM card in minutes. It was really nice to get such a big help in the hard time my family is going through. Than you so very much Ian, and may God bless you!!! ( He definitely needs a reward from employer for great customer service!)

Was switching to Sprint. The employee said that I would be given a free month of Unlimited Plus, and Insurance for free. A 25 charge showed up on my first bill. I contacted the store over the phone, and they said there would be a credit on my next bill. I even went into the store to confirm that I didnt want this service after the first month, and that I was told it would be free. They again told me that there would be a credit on my next bill. I received a call today from Sprint customer service asking how my new service was. They told me that the store had not discontinued the services after the first month, and that they didnt see a credit on my next bill. Luckily, the customer service rep was able to get the store on the phone, and made sure they added the credit to my next bill. Additionally, I had to call yet another number to cancel the insurance and plus plan. Only giving 2 stars because of the Sprint customer service rep that called out the retail store for lying about \free\ 1-month services, and then lying about crediting my account and discontinuing the services for me.
