Very disappointed in this store. This isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed with this store. Lobby was not clean. I ordered a steak and cheese my usual and it was dry and hard. Staff didn’t talk to me. I was helped by an order lady. After not being noticed for atleast 3 minutes. After receiving a lot of dirty looks:(. I will never return to this subway. I was told by my sister she might have been the manager of that subway which makes it even more disappointing.

This subway is unprofessional and not clean. They would rather feed people old brown lettuce and rotted tomatoes to save themselves money. There has been a roach problem for weeks and they care more about money than the safety of their customers. Management okayed workers to serve people food after exposed to roaches. These people don't clean correctly and don't wear gloves when they are supposed to. They don't wash there hands when before they handle your food. They don't do proper food preperation. They defrost poultry in hot water to save them time. Poor manager who isn't there enough to know what's going on or train her people and poor assistant manager who won't spend time to train her people to follow rules or how to do the right thing. They have admitted to serving customers while contagious.
Been eating subway for 16 years. Great food. Always good for a guy like me I like to eat. Favorites meatball marinara, and the chicken bacon ranch with black olives and yellow peppers with a hint of vinegrette.
I think the girls name was Alicia, but she had blonde hair and bangs and she was so kind. I like my sandwiches made in a specific way because I'm kind of OCD about food and she was very patient and understanding. The staff are always wonderful when I go here. This is my favorite Subway.
Ordered over 15 in food, on online order. Came to pick it up, yes had a mask, asked politely for my food and was denied because was ordered to wrong store. Then cashier tells me to cancel my order and order again. Hands me her cell phone to call the other store to do that, because that's required, then orders me to talk on her cellphone, because...covid is not a thing. Was then denied refund and food and touched someones cell phone for no reason. Will not eat at any subway ever again
