They were so amazing and kind and welcoming I didn’t feel like I didn’t belong they were wonderful and trust me I wasnt looking my best but they had no judgement and they lady whom helped me I didn’t catch her name but she shade matched me so well I couldn’t even tell that I had anything on my face and she gave me some pointers and I used her advice I and my skin has never ever looked so flawless I will be going back again soon so if you’re thinking of going please do it’s amazing

Your prices aren't worth it without samples. I can see the touch free theory, but no samples makes sephora just another over priced make up shop. Plus having someone tell my daughter to get her mask back on a she tried a make up sample handed to her by a rep? Pathetic. At least Ulta is still what Ulta always was. Never thought I'd say this, never in a million years, but as of today, I'm officially done with Sephora.

I had a very good experience at this store. I went in to get a makeover and try out some new makeup. Brenna helped me and did an excellent job. She really knows her job and the products they sell. I left feeling great and more sure of myself in applying the makeup. I will definitely ask for her when I return.

I miss the good old days when you could touch everything. Store still has a great selection and a helpful staff who make up for the lack of physical interaction.

Nice store, some very nice staff they have, except for one sales person. She has short black hair, middle age and obviously very rude and had terrible customer service, would not smile while checking you out at the counter. I did not have positive experience at all from this store due to her behavior, she made me feel unwanted for even shopping at the store. I think Sephora should fire her, some other young ladies are absolutely lovely, why having a rude and grumpy sales associate who is obviously very good at pushing customers out of the door?
