I usually go an extra few miles to a different pet store because this one doesn't have what I need most of the time. I was told that there's a new policy about purchasing mice. You have to wait and sign paperwork which is kinda frustrating.. It's a lengthy process that seems unnecessary. I don't want to keep mice as pets, they feed my spotted python when I get home. She doesn't eat frozen ones. The crickets are overpriced and if you're desperate, then you have to call before going up there to see if they have them. The cashier yesterday was awkward. Last year in 2020 I adopted a cat at this store from Mew Rescue and that was the best experience. My orange tabby is very spoiled. Thank you Mew for being so awesome! Mew gets 5 stars, but this Petco store in general gets 3 stars.

Groomers are great. Very friendly and helpful.
The inventory was very low and the aisle we were shopping was messy. Also, there were several announcements of a customer on hold; however, 5 employees were gathered near the dog beds talking, not responding to the call. I’m glad I wasn’t holding. I know this store can be better than this.
Look, if you're wondering between here and petsmart. Pick Petco, they have a better selection of just about everything, and any employee that I've dealt with has been fast, friendly, and helpful. Definitely my pet shop
Awesome place for your furry friends and the new renovations are a lot better! Definitely more room for more new animals to be sold!
