Went for the new classic chicken sandwich, supposed to taste like KFC chicken. What I got didn't even smell like KFC chicken. Can't blame the restaurant but ill never try another sandwich.

After a 10 minute wait at the counter to have my order taken. I got the buffet. I notice they were low on chicken and mashed potatoes. I mentioned it to the staff. They didn’t seem to care. After about 10-15 minutes they finally brought out 4 pieces of chicken for about 10 people that were eating the buffet. I asked about the mashed potatoes again and was told there were still some left. I told them I’m not scraping the sides to get them. Needless to say I left having ate 1 piece of chicken. A little bit of coleslaw for my 10.
This KFC always serves the freshest chicken & sides. Extremely efficient & pleasant staff each time we pick up meals.
This is how the restaurant looked on July 3 for lunch. The buffet looked like a tornado hit and the restaurant was in really bad shape. It was also an act of Congress to get things refilled, and the employees to include the manager had the worst attitude. Things have continued to get worse for this location over the past few months. Very unhappy with this latest visit and probably won’t return until management gets things organized and cleaned up.
ALWAYS out of legs!! Ordered 10 piece dark with mostly legs please. Received 8 thighs, 2 legs. If I knew that I would have reordered or got a refund. At least 2 people behind me drove away from order station without placing an order. They must know to ask about legs before shelling out for a bunch of thighs!
