If you are looking for a convenient place to bank look elsewhere. There are no NWA locations with lobbies open on Saturday. They recently changed their website which caused my login to stop working. I called customer support and was told I had to go in to a branch to fix the issue. Problem is they have no branch with a lobby open in Saturday. I guess they expect me to take a sick day to do my banking. Ugh. If I didn't have all my auto drafts through this account I would have already left. I do not recommend them.

I forgot what it felt like to have personal banking. Love working with this bank and am so glad I moved my business accounts over here.

Moved my accounts from the 'big bank' to Iberia. Nothing beats the personal service that I am getting now. Multiple accounts were setup for free and ready the next day for business. They even have a great mobile app
