Chris W. was fantastic in helping us secure a storage unit on short notice. We needed to be out of our church building within a day and he assisted us in finding the right sized unit for the items we had. He was also willing to get us a different unit if the one we selected was too big or too small. It ended up being the perfect size. He gave us a tour of the facility, including the meeting room which we, as renters, would have access to. The facility is beautifully designed and we are very happy to be new "tenants" at Equity Storage!

As a Professional Organizer, I have seen a lot of storage units and storage companies, but Equity Storage is doing it at a level not previously seen in Northwest Arkansas. "Climate controlled" can be a phrase that is VERY squishy at other storage units - I've even seen it defined as "somewhere between 62 and 82 degrees" but at Equity, they are truly controlling the climate, keeping their facility cool enough to be comfortable working in, and that year-round consistent temperature is what's going to keep your valuables in good condition. Equity is also utilizing technology in a wonderful way, from offering constant security through surveillance to having an app that their clients can use to open and close their two huge drive-in bays. I'm talking big enough to easily park a giant RV inside. It's a brilliant "next level" set up that makes actually accessing and utilizing your storage unit a breeze. Also, manager Melissa is fantastic to work with, as well. She is the kind of bend-over-backward-to-help-a-client employee that every company wishes they were lucky enough to have. She's knowledgeable, genuine, and a true asset to Equity.
I can’t say enough great things about Equity Storage! Chris W. has been incredibly helpful in ensuring I have everything I need for a successful storage experience, including offering a larger unit if I had more items to store than I originally thought. The facility is clean, secure, and best of all temperature controlled. I feel completely at ease storing my belongings there. This facility goes above and beyond any expectations I’ve ever had for a storage unit. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to store something in NWA.
Very great management excellent service, very clean, brand new storage facility in good neighborhood. I don’t have to worry about my stuff being messed with or stolen there’s plenty of security cameras locked tight. it is climate controlled. I spoke with the manager and he was very nice m, very sincere and it seems very promising of a place to be able to keep my stuff safe and secure. thank you so much!

Top notch customer service, safe, and clean storage facility. From the warm welcome, to the indoor loading/unloading area, this place is the best of the best. I needed a place to keep household items during construction and I’m glad I chose Equity Storage.
