Can I give a zero as a rating? I stood at the register for 10 minutes as 5 girls continued to work and not even acknowledge I was there. Not even a “be with you in a minute” or an apology for the long wait. I finally asked if they were not taking orders inside and if I should go through the drive through and they didn’t even respond!!! Unbelievable. Will never return strictly due to awful customer service. I will also add the customers behind me also left because of this... I will never recommend to anyone. Don’t waste your time coming here!

Well I love the fact that Roger's has one. Also love the strawberry dragonfuit refresher and would recommend it. Would've been five stars but my beyond sausage and egg and white cheddar was the issue I said no egg but got egg. I even paid for it to be without egg I gave it to my sister so no harm done.
Staff has no idea what customer service is, at least when you go inside. I went inside to check all the types of treats they had. Stood at the counter while three or four staff members were working. A couple of them looked at me, said nothing. I waited, waited, waited, while two staff were working together, glancing at me a couple times, still said nothing. I waited, waited and waited. At one point one of the two had nothing to do, and she walked away, totally ignoring me. I finally asked, "how long do I need to wait here?", the two looked at each other and one decided maybe she could help me. Good grief. Customer service training would be a good thing. BTW, never had any issues in the drive thru.
I stop here frequently in the morning. Always very fast and accurate drive through.
Went to Dunkin in Rogers, MN. Haven't been to a Dunkin in over 20 years. Loved it back then. Looked forward to Bismark. Purchased 6 Bismark, 3-apple raspberry and 3-creme. Very, very disappointed, donut part was OK. ALMOST NO FILLING Actually scooped out about a very small spoon of it. Not at all what I remembered growing up with Dunkin in Chicago. Won't be going back. Will continue to buy Coborns Bakery products instead. Disapointed

It’s really a shame the amazing small donut shop down the road closed shortly after this opened. I went there in a weekday at 9:30 with one person inside ahead of me and it took over a half hour to walk out with a dozen donuts. The employees were nice but were running around like chickens with their head cut off. There were four employees and they all were too focused on the drive through to give us the time of day. Finally one comes over all frazzled and says “ok what can I get you” and I tell her what donuts I wanted and she goes “oh you want donuts?! I need to go get some gloves then” and she came back 5 minutes later. I’m not sure what the heck is going on there or what system they were trained but I do know I miss having a good donut shop in town. The food was pretty meh by the way.
Always quick and super friendly staff. They do sell out of donuts alot. So get in early.
