This location has the friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered. Every single department. I went back the next day & purchased a ring in the jewelry department, and a few other items. I will definitely be coming back here to this Dillards. Very organized and TONS of sale tags! Almost everything in the store was on sale. Oh, and 60 percent off some men’s & women’s watches!

Went to Dillards today (3/27/21) on Promenade in Rogers, AR @ 6pm. There was an employee in the prom dress section with blonde hair (no name tag) who was extremely rude in the way she approached our family. Instead of being respectful in the way she spoke to us, she was extremely rude in the way she spoke to us. Was not a good shopping experience due to this.
The employees are so helpful and even make me feel like a rockstar when I come by! I really felt special yesterday, I wasn't around to buy the Valentino Voce Viva by Lady Gaga. Dillard's accommodated me by taking my purchase over the phone and just in time to have the bottle engraved. I love this store. If there was food, I would probably never leave!
Prom dress department We were trying to buy prom dresses for my sisters and the worker with dirty blond hair and no name tag was very rude and disrespectful to my family. So we decided to not purchase anything from this store. We went on Saturday March 27 at 6pm.
A quality anchor store for the promenade mall. This Dillards always has great service, and a abundance of products for you to try.
Overall good store but the shoe department associates can use a bit of work. I heard them talking about me and the lady that was helping me just kept walking around me and made me feel uncomfortable.
This store makes me happy. Don't always find what I want but it's always a fun experience.
