Got there early shipping start 8 am mon friday all good friendly people no contact phone contact only for now.
Appointments do matter. Was there early but had to wait till they got the ones with earlier appointments than ours. No big deal though because they unload fast. Not open till 8am but can park at business. Nice people.
The staff was very friendly. Broker told me 8am appt, I showed up at 07:30. Staff informed me that my appt was 14:30 but they would work me in. They had all other trucks unloaded by 10:45, empty lot for 45 minutes and they finally gave me a door at 11:30 but made me sit till 13:00 before unloading me. Left at 13:35. So yes, staff was friendly just not courteous and professional with drivers time.
Quick to load or unload. Used as a warehouse for Kerry.
