I love this location. The cashier/do everything guy is so nice and helpful. Michael maybe? He made sure we had pizzas we liked, checked on us, and was making sure everyone in the restaurant had clean tables. He even helped my daughter cut a slice And he did it all with a cheerful disposition and made us feel welcome. Made me want to leave a review when I prefer to complain. Lol. Also, they cook their pizzas correctly. Some locations they are underdone when rushed. Thanks to the cooks and cashier.

Haven't been to a Cicis for awhile due to a few bad (dirty) Cicis and it completely turned me away. I have to say, this one is so clean. I actually looked for something dirty and couldn't find it! Everything was fresh that was put out and so good. I wish they offered cheese for the salad but oh well. Shawna the manager was absolutely awesome. She made me a bavarian pizza and was so good. She never stopped working. She even told me to try out the Springfield store when they open. Will be back to try more Cicis, thanks to this clean store!
This the best Cicis I have ever been to. The food was delicious and the service went beyond expectations. I didn't catch the night shift managers name but he was on point. We went there for Veterans day and the three of us felt like we were in a high class restaurant. That manager is a valuable member of this food chain.

Cici's fan all my life... This place is really nice, almost fancy interior. Service fast, staff is very friendly and helpful. For all you can eat buffet- it's a pretty good price. But, the main reason you come is for the food, and that's where it goes downhill fast! I know they just pump the pizzas out, but really I was shocked how not good it was! I wish they'd focus on good food more instead of such awesome service! The Cicis in Fayetteville is way better! The salad is salad, the pasta is good, and the desserts are good. I've always loved how if they don't have a pizza you like you can order whatever you want free. I hope I can change this review in the future.
