Hum two sides to every story...I have been coming to Advanced Auto for well over 10 years and have never had a problem. I know the owners personally and they are the nicest people and go way above and beyond for their customers. They have been in business since 1996, so they must be doing something right to be in business as long as they have, that speaks for itself. They not only service the community but I see city vehicles in the parking lot all the time, that says a lot in and of itself. I as well as obviously many many others will continue to take all my vehicles there. My thanks to Randy and his crew and may God keep blessing you and your business.

These people are impressively terrible. I have never dealt with anyone as awful as these people. it shocks me that people are like this. I came to these people a while back with a cylinder misfire. I told them I already replaced the plugs and wires and i dropped it off with them... they called me back saying the plugs, wires, and cap needs replaced and it would be like 240 some odd bucks.... HEELLLLOOO!!!!!!! i told them i replaced two of them already? did they even look at it??? 240 bucks for that little work???? i kept asking them for a resolution as to what it could be and they kept saying they can't tell me but those needs replaced... Then to make this better i had to pay them 50 bucks or whatever it was just to get it out of the shop.... now... out of desperation with them being the closest shop to me, i tried calling them again with air being up in my ABS and no brakes and the rude awful lady on the phone said all i could do is bring it up there and it was going to be at the minimum of 75 dollars and couldn't tell me more until i had the guys look at it.... yeah right... like I'm going down that road again. Do yourself a favor and call around for another shop. I have never met anyone so awful like these people before in my life. It sure seems like the only good review for this place sounds like an employee writing it then a customer like the rest.
I explained to the woman at the front that my check engine light was on and that I already had the car checked at AutoZone and they gave me a general code reading of "evaporator leak", she said her machine would pinpoint the EXACT reason my check engine light was on, not just the general reading like AutoZone, so I took it in at 8 am. After not hearing anything, at 2 pm I had to call to find out the status...turns out the car was done and they went ahead and put a 100 drive belt on without asking if that was okay with me. When I asked if they even hooked it up to the computer she put me on hold and came back and told me "yes they did, it was an evaporator leak"...which is what I had already told her the day before. They did not pinpoint the problem and when I told her that was what she had promised me the day before her response was "Our mechanic is not a wizard, he can't magically tell you what's wrong with your car". I told her I want the belt off and I needed the car back by 4, she said "it will be done at five" and hung up on me!!! I had to pay 60 for absolutely nothing. My husband went in to pick the car up and said he didn't appreciate her getting rude with me and she actually told him "your wife is a liar sir"!! I am still in shock! This place is crap. NEVER go here! I read the first review and thought it wouldn't be a problem for me because all I was going to do was get a simple diagnostic. Turns out this place is exactly what the first person said, HORRIBLE!!! Never, never go here.
