When we moved in the property was not cleaned at all. I'd even say it was DIRTY! it was cleaned after a couple of weeks however the first impression was a nightmare. we've had multiple heating issues, and a few engineers we're coming into to fix. I think it was fixed by the 4th one bu wee needed to wait until the Property owner will approve (winter time ) :) The agency is responsive when they need something. when we were moving out the deposit was held for over a month and we were getting same response every week saying they've contacted the property owner but he didnt come back. No proactive approach- I had to email them every week to provide an update. finally raised a dispute and my deposit was released within couple off days.
Myself and my partner had to find somewhere to live extremely fast, we contacted Jessica at Roger Platt Maidenhead and arranged a viewing the same day, we were able to move into our new place only 7 days later! Jessica worked very closely with us and guided us every step of the way to make this possible. As first time renters we were very unsure on the processes but Jessica always made us feel at ease and as though everything was taken care of. I never imagined that we would be able to move into a place of our own so soon and so we are extremely grateful for all of Jessica's hard work and commitment towards making this happen for us. We have been in our new place just under a week and are already very happy and settling in well, thank you Jessica and the Roger Platt team for making this such an easy and stress-free experience!
My Partner & I bought a house in Maidenhead and Nick was great to deal with, very friendly and helpful throughout the process. The few occasions Nick was off or out his colleagues were able to help. I would use them again for our sale in the future.
I recently sold my property with Roger Platt and the service I received was excellent. Philippa was dealing with the sale but she was far more involved in the whole transaction that I would expect her to be, always providing me with updates and explaining clearly any next steps I needed to take in what what a complex process.
