I've been training with Matt for several years and not only have all of his sessions been thoroughly enjoyable, but he has taught me so much about fitness and nutrition. I can't recommend Matt highly enough.
Started working with Matt this year and have been really impressed with the results. Each workout is different and tailored to me, but not so different I don't feel the improvement. After only a few months I'm already feeling stronger, fitter, and it's given me the push to get back into running and healthy eating. I highly recommend!
Been trying with Matt for about 1.5 years now! I can honestly say he’s the best PT I’ve worked with! He’s very knowledgeable and plans the workouts to precision detail! Matt uses an app to log/plan/track sessions which is genius, he constantly has a eye on how your training! One thing I noticed while training with Matt is when you book a session with him, the hour is totally yours! There is no playing or checking phones, he’s totally dedicated to you. Also he is qualified and very good at sports recovery and therapy. I would happily recommend him to anyone. Thanks Matt!
