Do not order from this company, it is a scam. They take your money, never deliver your products. The customer service department does not exist. They never reply to emails or answer the phone. I have lost 500 euros due to this company. I ADVISE PEOPLE TO NEVER ORDER FROM HERE

THE MOST TERRIBLE SERVICE EVER! SCAM! I've place my order in the beginning of November and I've received nothing at the expected delivery time. I've contacted the customer service by phone (had to pay extra) to be told that delivery is expecting to be 1-2 weeks late. Ok. Then I got email saying that the item I was waiting was out of stock and they are ready to reimbursed me. Ok. I got no reply since then until few days later they sent me another email saying that they have found the item and sent to me already. I received it after A MONTH of waiting and contacting the service constantly and after all IT WAS THE WRONG ONE. Basically it was not a thing that can be assembled and used at all, there were parts from two different items. I have contacted the support by email the next day and have received no reply. I contacted them later via the form on the website - no reply, then I sent two more emails - no reply. I called them several times today - no replay. In few days I will be celebrating 2 months since I can not receive the thing I needed (and had to wait for it, not buying it elsewhere). I lost a lot of time, nerves and money and would strongly recommend to anyone to avoid these people.
Our orders arrived on time. We love how comfortable the chairs are. Highly recommended.

Watch out for this place!!! Terrible customer service. Also pay attention to their returns policy! They will not return your money no matter what, they only offer a voucher. so watch out for that before you buy.
