I have been yesterday and my husband just ask about collection and the lady who working there blond hair and no make up answer to my husband with her terrible face and talk so unfriendly immediately I took my husband walk out from the shop. I hope store manager or team leader should do something about it otherwise you will lose your customers. We will not return back for sure

Worst service I have ever encountered in a tods store! Chinese helper was screaming in the middle of the shop demanding us not to touch the shoes totally unacceptable behavior!! After complaining to the manager she was useless told us to complain on the website! Have never encountered such a service at any store in myself really really disappointed
too much people and the place likes local shoe store.
