The staff is RUDE and inexperienced! Our coffees were just half full! One of the employees also yelled at us while we were waiting (it had only been a minute) for a friend to get back from the loo. I understand it might have been due to the new lockdown rules, however we were being co-orporative and even apologised for any inconvenience. However yelling at the customers and telling them to get out is not acceptable. This was at the Starbucks close to the nike shop.

The road less travelled of the two Starbucks in Designer Outlet Roermond. This one is smaller with no indoor seating, however there is outdoor seating, with parasols and heaters. Nice for those chilly times with a cinnamon-topped chai tea latte.

WASTETIMEMUCH

I do love going here. Don’t get me wrong. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, going about once or more a week. The quality however has been steadily declining. The staff seems overworked, even when it’s not busy. Most of the staff is under 20 and do not look like they know what they are doing. Any sort of manager or supervisor is nowhere to be seen. I ordered 4 drinks tonight, and none of them were how they are supposed to taste. 2 of the drinks were only halfway filled. Staff needs more training and there needs to be someone that knows what they are doing. I hope they will provide their staff with more training because the quality of the coffee is disappointing for this price point.
