I went there minutes before closing because i spotted something i liked in the window. They looked after me so well, werr friendly and helpful it really made my day. They have a nice selection of Mulberry products in a good choice of colours. Was given detailed care instructions with my bag and as you expect from this brand it is amazing quality and sooooo pretty!!

Prachtige tassen in de duurdere klasse
Ich habe eine Arbeitstasche für viel Geld gekauft. Nach nur wenigen Monaten war das Schloss defekt. Außerdem hat die teure Tasche an den Knickkanten enorme Verschleißerscheinungen. Die Dame sagte, es sei kein Einzelfall. Es dauerte 3 Wochen, bis Mulberry eine Entscheidung treffen konnte, ob sie das Schloss repariert oder eine Gutschrift ausgibt. Es wurde dann eine Reparatur. Diese soll 10 Wochen dauern!!!! Es ist eine Arbeitstasche!!! Wie kann das sein? Und laut Aussage der Verkäuferin ist der Service unabhängig vom Outlet oder normalen Geschäft. Geht gar nicht. Ich würde nach meiner Erfahrung niemals empfehlen, eine Aktentasche von Mulberry zu kaufen!
