Cash-grab market with no service, knowledge or quality I bought a phone here that turned out to have bugs with the SIM cards, the proximity sensor and the touchscreen. After waiting in vain for a softwer update to fix the bugs, I've returned the phone for a refund. The answer from the store was that they \used mobile data\ and \watched videos\ on the phone and it worked okay and that the problem is that I'm \using foreign SIM\ and didn't even bother to mention the other problems. Just came up with a bogus excuse to get out of giving a refund. By the way the ationality\ does not affect an EU registered SIM with roaming once registered in other EU countries. In short: the \technical service\ of the store is basically limited to turn the device on and off and watch videos with zero technical knowledge. Once they have your money but you have complaints you become an annoyance for MediaMarkt..

There is a lot of choice, from electronics like headphones and speakers to washing machines, video games, consoles and so on. The personnel is friendly although sometimes when you ask someone from a department you can see he does not understand what you are talking about. For example I was talking about some games and computer parts and the person that was helping me did not exactly know what he was talking about. There is lots of parking space outside. There is a lift from the underground parking space that goes to the first floor, which is also a big plus. The store itself is located at the ground floor, and you can easily access it with a wheelchair. The prices are alright, I have seen better prices online on alternate, coolblue, azerty or tinytronics when we talk about electronics and small electronics. Solid four stars.
