Bought a pan less than a year ago. Unfortunately the handle got lose. I got back to the store to claim my guarantee. I got no help at all. The unfriendly staff looked at the pan and said it has too many scratches on the bottom and that the coating inside doesn't look too good . I said I'm totally fine. Pan is working great and scratches are from our gas oven. Its only about the lose handle. Then she said: oh, you put it in the dish washer! -no, we don't even have one. Finally she said there's only a half a year using guarantee. For a Tefal pan??? Just not true . She lied to me!!!! I will talk to Tefal Europe about this incident. I had to leave cause my right got denied and I got no help . Unprofessional service, I will never enter this store again.

Prices are good; went there for something specific and it was cheaper than any other online store; checked some other kitchen accessories for prices and found them to be cheap (not necessarily cheapest but still valuable)
