WASTETIMEMUCH

They always have interesting pieces here. Prices are still steep but hey, it’s Gucci. Staff let you just look around but are helpful when you have questions.

Waiting line too long, they don’t let customers inside even though few people are in the shop, bad customer service as well (they are just standing there, doing nothing, pretending to be arrogant and high class). If you have too much time and cant afford to buy in normal stores (still a waiting line, but shorter), then this is the place to be!:)

For months I've been looking for a GUCCI bag in France that's not found, I've been able to find it at GUCCI de Roermond. Kevin has been of great help to me and for his kindness and his advice I highly recommend this store. He was able to send me the bag in France, despite the VID. Another huge thank you to this team.

Very Bad Service! We bought a purse and we did not get the information that we are no able to return the bag. Not even before the 14 days notice period! After 6 days we wanted to return all and on the phone they told us that they will give as a full refund. In the Store they told us that this is not true and that there is only 1 possible option: Getting a gift card and this gift card is only usable to Gucci outlet stores - not even in the normal ones... 1. Be aware: NO SERVICE; NO REFUND AND NO CUSTOMER CENTRIC BEHAVIOR. 2. Be aware that you will buy a third class luxury bag. They are even branded within the purse with a “G” which shows you especially that this purse is not an original - it is an outlet bag. Conclusion: NEVER COMING BACK! It seems to be a normal way of treating customers.... Do not invest in this shop - the bag will lose much faster their worth due to OUTLET QUALITY!

If I could I would give 0 stars to the poor service you receive here. This is not how you expect the service to be in a luxury brand like Gucci. The policy of not being able to return products is totally absurd. I do not want to feel obliged to keep a product I am not 100% satisfied with. No customer service, Poor management, overall it was not a pleasant experience. Better pay a bit more and get the service you deserve.
