I don't know what's happening at Roehampton CAB, has it moved from Roehampton lane? Didn't read it on the local news paper. Maybe my oversight. However, the weekly advice line service for lavender hill CAB, is always claiming to be busy from 10:00am till 4pm. The automated options does not refer to the disability service that has merge or move to Lavender hill CAB. How can it be advice telephone service if one can not get through in One hour holding-on Mon -Thursday? Surely 10min max for each caller would serve public better. Please take the phone off the hook or answering Machine. There are people with disabilities that can not walk in but needs your help over the phone.
