Best Bojangles we have ever visited! Busy, busy place ... but each customer was greeted and served with kindness and efficiency. The manager we spoke with praised his staff and that was so refreshing. Gayle, the dining room hostess, was working non-stop and so friendly and accommodating. The dining room, bathrooms, and parking lot were neat and clean. The food was delicious and served fresh & hot. Can't say enough good things about this place!
Stopped here during a road trip 11/11/2020. I was the only one in the drive-thru, and nobody was inside. Crew was busy setting up for closing for the evening. Chicken was extra gristly, and we didn't get any straws or napkins. Didn't realize until we got back on the road, and it was not worth turning around.
Fried Chicken and Biscuits. They do both extremely well. We pulled in the night before Thanksgiving and a lady was there to pick up her thanksgiving order! Who knew? I was driving the family and decided to go with a bowl. While it was perfectly adequate, they are a fried chicken place, so just go for the chicken. The chicken is always hot, crispy & delicious. The sides also are top notch. My only complaint would be I had red beans and rice in my bowl and they tasted a tad too salty.
