The Resort is descent, clean and secured. it's not a value for money since I know for a fact that you could rent out a cheaper resort that has the same amenities, we opted to rent out the resort because of a last minute night swimming with my friends, we tried looking for other resorts but all was already fully booked for the weekends. the rooms are not included in the fee which is ridiculous, normally for private resort the fee is a package for all the amenities including the room and karaoke but they will charge you separately, they do have a lot of rooms in the resort but the fee is 1500 for each room. and they have a limit of 15 persons, for a big resort, only allowing 15 persons is a scam, they will charge you if your party is more than 15. the resort is clean the pool is somehow clean, the water is oozing with chlorine, too much chlorine in the water, yes organisms won't survive in the water because of the chlorine but too much chlorine is unsafe specially for children. not recommended for those who are suffering from pulmonary diseases and asthmatic individuals. the water is too hazy that you cant even see the bottom of the pool, it's because of too much chlorine and if your eyes turns red its actually because of the urine in the water, a reaction of chlorine and urine makes your eyes red. the resort is secured, they stayed up all night, there is a giant gate and a parking lot that could fit 2-3 cars. the security is actually a turn off because they are always hovering, looking and watching our every move instead off keeping the resort secured from the outside, they are more worried if we are breaking their ridiculous rules such as bringing alcoholic drinks since it has a corkage and if you do not want to pay the fee, you must purchased their over priced, tripled price alcohols. I do not recommend the resort, there are better private resort in the Rizal area that offers a package deal with no hidden fees and too much rules.
