For a fast food chain restaurant, this branch is not that fast. Staff are slow at getting orders. Kitchen is always running out of food to serve.

Quite small place. Food was served at minimum waiting time. good exp!
Their service is great. Despite having many people during lunch hours, they were able to serve us on time. Some staff are not friendly but most of them are. They also have fast service. I do love KFC and this branch is one of the good ones. The staff move fast and they don't let their costumers wait. As for the food, their chickens are well cooked. In general, they deserve 5 stars.
Im glad they are now using eco friendly plates (instead of using separate plastic containers for their gravy). KFC has been leading this business evolution for years, keep up the good work.
The aircon is at low setting even it is rainy season and when I told the manager about it. He is very unaccomodating. He told the aircon is already at the highest setting without checking. The sodas taste like water.
Foods are superb here as usual, my nephews favorites.
