Technicians gets the job done fast and efficient. Manager is a bit rude. Other staff doesn't have people skills except the tall lady who helped me get the motorcycle. Management should learn how to interact and communicate well with their customers.

Been approved within the day. Not quite accommodating staffs at time but not their technicians. They will check your motorcycle well and would advise you if there's replacement required.

Sobrang tagal ng proseso para makuha mo ang original OR /CR after mo makabayad ng buo! Lampas na tatlong buwan wala man lang update!!
yung technician dito ayaw mg diagnose.. sabihin lang sayo " natural lang yan problema na yan.... palitan nyo na mga tao dyn..
